What data do you store about me?

Postcode, house number, email if you provided it, and the comparison result. Retained for 6 years per UK contract limitation.

We store the postcode and house number you searched, the result we computed, and your email address if you opted to receive updates. If you purchase the appeal package we additionally store your full name and contact address. We do not store payment card details — Stripe handles those. Retention is 6 years to match the UK contract limitation period; you can request earlier deletion by emailing us.
